The version 2.23.0 of WPMasterToolkit introduces a major new module: Social Login. It now allows visitors to log in or create a WordPress account using services they already use, such as Google, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, or GitHub.
This update also includes several improvements to the modules Media Encoder, Meta Debugger, Redirect Manager, Mail Catcher and Register Custom Content Types, as well as several security enhancements related to the REST API, the media library folders, and SVG file imports.
New Module: Social Login
Creating an account, choosing a password, and then trying to remember your login information can quickly make it difficult to access a customer portal. The new module Social Login by WPMasterToolkit simplifies this process by allowing visitors to log in or sign up using an account they already have.
Google is available for free with WPMasterToolkit. With WPMasterToolkit Pro, seven additional providers can be enabled:
- Apple
- GitHub
- Microsoft
- X / Twitter
- WordPress.com
Each provider can be enabled independently so that you keep only the options that are appropriate for your audience.
An Easier Way to Connect to WordPress
When a user selects a provider, they are redirected to that provider's authentication service to confirm their identity and authorize the sharing of the necessary information.
WPMasterToolkit can then find the corresponding WordPress account or create a new one if user registration is enabled on the site.
The password for your Google, Facebook, Apple, or any other provider's account is never shared with your WordPress site.
This approach reduces the number of steps required to log in to an account—especially on mobile devices—while still allowing users to use the traditional WordPress form.
Social Login Compatible with WooCommerce
The module was also designed to work with the Supported WooCommerce login and registration forms.
A store can thus offer its customers a direct connection to Google using the free version of WPMasterToolkit.
WPMasterToolkit Pro users can enhance this experience with other available providers.

Several layout options for login buttons
Social login buttons can be configured in different layouts to better integrate with the site's interface.

Media Encoder: A Clearer Configuration
The module Media Encoder features redesigned settings for image format and quality.
The preview interface has been improved to make it easier to compare settings before optimization.
The controls related to batch optimization have also been clarified to make processing large numbers of images easier to understand and use.
Meta Debugger: Improved Support for WooCommerce
The module Meta Debugger improves its compatibility with WooCommerce.
This version adds support for, among other things, WooCommerce Subscriptions with HPOS.
Metadata can also be displayed for additional WooCommerce items, including:
- shipping details; ;
- Refunds for orders.
This information makes it easier to analyze order-related data when developing or debugging a WooCommerce site.
Redirect Manager: Improved Redirect Validation
The module Redirect Manager includes several internal improvements related to the management of redirect data.
Data validation and standardization have been strengthened to better manage the recorded values.
Error handling has also been improved to make the module more robust in the face of incorrect or unexpected configurations.
Mail Catcher: Improved Search and Sorting
The module Mail Catcher is improving its search and sorting system.
The parameters used to filter, search for, or sort intercepted emails are now validated more thoroughly.
This change improves both the reliability of the interface and the processing of the parameters sent to the module's various views.
Register Custom Content Types: Improved Generated Code
The module Register Custom Content Types improves the generated code for recording WordPress Custom Post Types and Taxonomies.
The management of features supported by content types has also been refined.
These changes result in a cleaner configuration that is more consistent with the options selected in the interface.
Improvements to License Management
The WPMasterToolkit license page has undergone several changes related to verifying a license's status.
The various statuses displayed in the interface have also been improved to better reflect the status of the license being used on the site.
Improvements to Log Management
This version also fixes the path used for WPMasterToolkit log files.
Error handling for these files has been improved to make the logging system more reliable in various WordPress configurations.
Several security enhancements
WPMasterToolkit 2.23.0 also includes several security-related improvements.
Prevent User Enumeration
The module Prevent User Enumeration Improves the processing of parameters sent to the WordPress REST API as well as the detection of the relevant routes.
These changes strengthen the module's behavior by blocking mechanisms that could facilitate the enumeration of WordPress users.
Media Library Post Folders
The module Media Library Post Folders It now checks permissions before saving its settings.
This check ensures that the user has the necessary WordPress permissions before a change is saved.
SVG Upload
SVG file security has also been strengthened.
The cleaning process used by the module SVG Upload has been improved to close a potential workaround for sanitization.
This change helps enhance security when importing SVG files into the WordPress media library.
