    Setting up your Mandrill account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To start using Mandrill<\/strong>you must first have an account. Mailchimp<\/strong>because Mandrill is part of the Mailchimp<\/strong>. Go to the Transactional Email<\/strong> Mailchimp to create your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you already have a Mailchimp account, simply log in to your dashboard. Mandrill<\/strong> is proposed as add-on module<\/strong> for users of Mailchimp<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Check your domain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Once you've added your domain, you'll need to confirm that you're the owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To do so, click on View details<\/strong> below the column Verified Domain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the window that appears, Mandrill<\/strong> will suggest two methods of verification:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    add records DNS<\/strong> in your domain configuration or validation by e-mail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you choose the TXT recording<\/strong>Mandrill will provide you with a unique verification code<\/strong> which you'll need to add to your domain's DNS settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Configuring DNS records<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In addition to the domain verification record, you also need to configure the DKIM<\/strong> and DMARC<\/strong> to ensure proper authentication of your e-mails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To add recordings DKIM<\/strong>click on View details<\/strong> next to the DKIM Settings<\/strong> of your domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once you have added the records, click on the Test DNS Settings<\/strong> to check that everything is correctly configured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If your DNS settings are properly propagated, you should see the status Authenticated<\/strong> in the Authentication Status<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    However, you can continue configuration even if this status is not yet displayed, as DNS propagation may take some time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Create your API key<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To connect Mandrill to WPMasterToolKit<\/strong>you need to generate a API key<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    From your Mandrill dashboard, go to Settings<\/strong> \u2780<\/mark><\/strong>then click on the SMTP & API Info<\/strong> \u2781<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If no API key yet exists, you'll see the message You don't have any API keys.<\/strong>
    Then click on the + Add API Key<\/strong> to create one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After the creation of API key<\/strong>A window will appear with important information about your new key. Continue the procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> once this window is closed, you will no longer be able to display the API key<\/strong>. So remember to keep it in a safe place so you can use it again if necessary.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Configure WPMasterToolKit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Now that your Mandrill account is set up and you have your API key<\/strong>you can connect Mandrill to WPMasterToolKit<\/strong> for sending emails from WordPress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Before you start, make sure that the WPMasterToolKit<\/strong> is installed and activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once the plugin is activated, go to WPMasterToolKit \" Settings<\/strong>tab, then open the Email<\/strong> to access e-mail settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    From Email (Shipping address)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Visit From Email<\/strong> is the address from which e-mails from your site will be sent.
    It must belong to the domain you have checked in Mandrill<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For example, if you have validated the example.com<\/code>your shipping address must be of the following type contact@example.com<\/em><\/code> or noreply@example.com<\/em><\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you wish to use the same address for the entire site, activate the Force From Email<\/strong>.
    This will override settings defined elsewhere in WordPress and ensure consistency for all outgoing emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By default, the From Name<\/strong> corresponds to the name of your site, but you can modify it to display the text of your choice as the sender's name in the recipients' inbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can also activate the Force From Name<\/strong> to apply this name to all e-mails sent from your site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the Mailer<\/strong>select Mandrill<\/strong> as a mailing service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once Mandrill has been selected, new configuration options will appear, including the field API Key<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    API key<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Simply stick the API key<\/strong> that you copied from your Mandrill account into the API Key<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once you have saved your settings, we strongly recommend that you send a test e-mail<\/strong> to check that everything is working properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To do so, go to WPMasterToolKit \" Tools<\/strong>tab, then open the Email Test<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the Send To<\/strong>Enter an e-mail address to which you have access.
    We recommend that you leave the HTML<\/strong> enabled, unless you wish to send plain text e-mails only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> if you have configured multiple SMTP connections, you can choose between your main connection<\/strong> and other connections when sending the test e-mail.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Then click on the Send Email<\/strong> to send your test message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
